USPS priority mail flat rate boxes are great for shipping heavy pottery items up to 70lbs with a fast delivery time of 2-3 days. Sorry but we do not ship outside the USA at this time. All shipping prices will automatically be added into your order at the time of checkout.

All bowls are available for pick up in Sammamish Wa if you live close by. If this is the case please send me an email before you place your order and I can send you a bill with free shipping.
Orders may take up to two weeks before you receive your package. Normally you can expect a custom order to take around 10 days.
Pet Bowls in stock will be mailed USPS 2-3 day delivery with one day for shipping and packing.
Tracking number will be mailed to you on the day of shipping and will require a signature by the buyer when it arrives. All pieces will be insured against breakage.
Guaranteed to be authentic: All pottery pieces are handmade by ceramic artist Julie Scheffer in her studio. Each piece is unique and varies slightly in color size and texture.
